The hotel ,Staff friendly,free water and pasteries in the lobby with some leasure games such as babyfoot,room space is so comfy,kitchnette with almost all appliances and room temperature is ok,location is far from paris center but with metro u can easily reach

This hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Paris, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was nice, and kitchen utensils were new, bathroom was well lit and clean. Location was also nice, it was easy and safe to access metro or bus stations. But the highlight of this experience was the outstanding service provided by Amir, the best receptionist I've ever seen. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, hospitable and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction during the entire stay. I believe the best experience a hotel can offer begin with its staff, and Amir made it part of something unforgettable, his professionalism takes everything to the next level, he definitely is a five star receptionist, the kind you don't always find even in five star hotels. I will be recommending this hotel to all my clients and friends. I can't wait to return to Paris.

I like everything about the property! Amir and the staff are very helpful, and everyone happy to put up with bad French attempts. The location is superb - the RER C takes you straight to the Eiffel Tower and the Musee d’Orsay and Notre Dame. The rooms are comfortable with a little kitchenette and the Franprix is only 100m away for any supplies. Having said that, walk across the road to Bear Cafe for the best meals for breakfast lunch or dinner. They even let you take crème brûlées back to the apartment and return the dish the next day! Will definitely be staying again.

The space was used very efficiently. The mattress was very comfortable. The comforter was very warm. The refrigerator was quite large and the kitchen was very convenient and quite well stocked with utensils, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom was quite clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful answering questions, calling taxis, and more. There are many shops nearby: laundromat, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. This made it very convenient. It also is a short walk to the RER C station.
